Set up by the two Directors who have both built their careers to Director Level within a Plc recruitment business and understand how to use effective leadership techniques to truly empower our staff to create real ownership of our company "Vision".

We use an organisation called "Quadrant 1" who is a specialist NLP training company to help our staff learn how to effectively communicate and to gain a certification qualification in business NLP techniques.
