I am currently working with a well-established BMS systems house who have an excellent reputation for delivering quality works both on BMS projects and delivering energy/maintenance contracts. They currently turnover £9M, and have been operating for over 30 years. They are actively looking for an account manager to help with growth of their energy services team.
What am I looking for?
I am searching BMS Sales Person who sells either projects or Service contracts with an end user focus or a BMS Engineer, Project Manager who would like to the opportunity to move into a commercial role. They right candidate MUST to be able to put together a points list of a building first and foremost, then listen to the client, understand their pains and with a client on building a long term partnership where they become the supplier of choice.
This role will require you to work within the M25 and covering north of the river Thames up to the South Midlands. You will home based and fully mobile
What the role requires?
The role of BMS Account Manager will require you to undertake on a daily basis the following responsibilities;
• Site surveys
• Points Lists
• Identifying and building relationships with key stakeholders
• Working closely with energy, service and projects teams on delivery
• Acting as a point of contact for all customer enquiries
