I have a really exciting role with an excellent client whose business has been around for nearly 30 years. Their business objectives are to grow even further and continue the positive trajectory they have seen in recent years. What am I looking for:
I am looking for a BEMS Service Engineer who has excellent customer facing skills, is technically competent and has a can-do attitude. You will be from a BEMS background with qualifications and years of experience on Trend BMS systems. Priva or Cylon BMS system experience is also beneficial.
This role will require you to work on sites in and around London and the South East specifically. You will be fully mobile on the London travel network.
What the role requires:
The role of BEMS Service Engineer will require you to undertake the following responsibilities on a day-to-day basis
- PPM and general maintenance
- Some commissioning and projects work
- Modifying software would be beneficial
- Reactive maintenance
- Liaising with the client and building a strong working relationship
