Job Description

I have an excellent exciting role with a key client whose Northern business unit are growing into the North West and they are looking to expand their business due to an influx of projects/service contracts.  They have an innovative culture where all employees have a say in how the business progresses and they strongly value doing right by the customer so that time and again customers come back.

 

What am I looking for:

I am looking for a BEMS Controls Engineer who has excellent customer facing skills, is technically competent with BMS service/commissioning/projects and is willing to chip in with all aspects of a growing business unit. You will be from a BEMS background with a an expert knowledge of Trend or Tridium BMS systems

 

Territory:

This role will require you to work across the North West and along the M62 to Leeds.  You will be home based and fully mobile.

 

What the role requires:

The role of BMS Controls Engineer will require you to undertake the following responsibilities on a day-to-day basis:

  • PPM and general maintenance
  • Reactive breakdowns
  • Writing strategy from scratch would be a bonus but not essential
  • Graphic generation
  • Point to point testing
  • Full Commissioning of the system
  • Witness and testing with the client
  • Field quotes
  • Small project works

 

What you can expect back:

My client is a firm believer in progressing his engineers by providing them with excellent support/training and giving progression opportunities to progress into bigger roles as the business grows;

  • Basic salary £35k - £45k
  • Overtime – averaging around £5 -£10k per annum
  • Company car or car allowance of £5K
  • Company pension at 3%
  • Profit share between £1.5K and £2K
