I am working with a key client whose company is rapidly growing. It’s a dynamic SME business who turnover £2.3 million a year. They have been around for 15 years, they have unique market offerings and are looking for a self-motivated, hard-working and technically astute project engineer to help grow the business further. What I am looking for:
I am looking for a BMS Project Engineer, who is willing to go the extra mile, is disciplined and ready to help out with tasks. You have to be presentable and have the right attitude. You will need to have worked with Trend for a number of years, and have an extensive background in BMS projects and commissioning. My client works with Siemens systems as well, training on this will be provided.
This role will require you to work as a mobile engineer across London. Some sites are based in West London, however most work is in Central London. You will be working on projects up to £250k.
What the role requires:
The role of BMS Project Engineer will require you to undertake the following responsibilities on a day-to-day basis:
- Working on projects
- Doing small controller replacements non existing service sites
- Completing building upgrades and installs
- Working alongside the project manager
- To have excellent Trend knowledge
- To have a technical BMS service background
- To complete reliable reports
What you can expect back:

- Basic salary between £40k - £50k
