I have an exceptional opportunity that I am currently working on for a client who is a well-established BMS company. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to add a sales director to help drive further growth across the UK.
What am I looking for?
I am looking for a seasoned BeMS Salesperson who has demonstrable experience of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams. You may come from a BMS sales manager position and will have excellent communication skills and have a wealth of contacts in the industry. You will be able to manage sales team effectively to maximise performance whilst also exceeding your own personal targets.
Location & Territory:
This role is a national role that will require you to cover London and all areas South of Birmingham. It’s a flexible role which provides you with the freedom and flexibility to work from home, spend time building relationships with clients and also visit the office to have meetings with your team
What the role requires:
The role of BeMS Sales Director will require you to undertake the following responsibilities on a daily basis:
- Meet Main and M&E contractors to understand current and future BeMS needs
- Build and maintain relationships
- Meet with your estimating and sales team to create sales plans
- Support all facets of the sales team
- Drive business for the company
