Job Description

I am currently working with a well-established BMS systems house who have an excellent reputation for delivering quality works both on BMS projects and delivering energy/maintenance contracts. They currently turnover £9M, they have been operating for over 30 years and they are actively looking for a proactive sales engineer to help with the growth of their project team.

What am I looking for?

I am searching BMS Sales Person who sells BMS projects with a Contractor focus or a BMS Project Manager who would like to the opportunity to move into a commercial role.

The right candidate MUST be able to put together a points list of a building first and foremost, then listen to the client, understand their pains and with a client on building a long-term partnership where they become the supplier of choice.

Territory.

This role will require you to work within the M25 and covering the north of the River Thames up to the south midlands.  You will home based and fully mobile

What does the role require?

The role of BMS Sales Engineer will require you to undertake on a daily basis the following responsibilities

  • Site surveys
  • Points Lists
  • Identifying and building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Working closely with energy, service and projects teams on delivery
  • Acting as a point of contact for all customer enquiries
