Job Description

My client is a leading UK BMS outfit based out of the North West of England. They are looking for a confident service & maintenance engineer with a proven track record to join their ranks in Liverpool to help cover newly won business. They are looking for someone who can work autonomously but also work as part of a close-knit team.

What am I looking for:

I am looking for an experienced BEMS engineer that has experience using multiple BMS systems (working knowledge of Trend & Tridium preferred). You will have had a number of years working in the BMS industry, a positive attitude and above all else – a good client facing approach.

The ideal candidate needs to be trustworthy with a hunger to push and development new service & projects business with key clients. Main attributes are being able to think on your feet, problem solve and employ an above average work ethic to meet business targets and objectives for growth.


The role will require you to work within The North West (Liverpool / Manchester) and sometimes further away. All further travel is planned well in advance, 90% of my clients sites are less than 50 miles from their offices. You will have a regional office which will provide a central hub of support.

What the role requires:

The role of BEMS Engineer will require you to undertake the following responsibilities on a day-to-day basis

  • PPM and general maintenance
  • Reactive maintenance
  • Graphic modification
  • Modifying software 
  • Liaising with the client and building a strong working relationship
  • Small works commissioning and project management

  • Basic salary 35K – 42K
  • Overtime during week dependant (time x 2/x 3 for night work)
