Job Description

I am recruiting on behalf of a long-standing client who are going from strength to strength in their South East regional office.


What am I looking for?

I am looking for a BMS Service and Commissioning Engineer who has a keen eye for detail. Has a willingness to learn new systems; can get stuck in with technical jobs and has a commercial head to spot opportunities. You will be from a BMS background ideally working on Tridium, Schendier Struxturware or Siemens PX Location & Territory. This role will require you to work within London south of the River Thames and in Kent on various sites, mainly working on hospital PPMs and upgrades of legacy systems. You will also be required to work on commercial buildings, universities and schools etc. You will home based.


What the role requires?

The role of BMS service Engineer will require you to undertake on a daily basis the following responsibilities.

• Pre-planned maintenance

• Reactive breakdown cover

• Interrogating the software and rectifying the control strategy

• Commissioning small project works

• Graphic modification and upgrades

• Basic salary £35k - £45k
