Job Description

I have two great roles with one of the largest BMS controls company in the UK, after an influx of contracts and associated projects, they are looking to strengthen their Southern office's team. They see themselves as a forward-thinking company that invests in its people and ‘you hire attitude and train skills’

What am I looking for:

I am looking for a dynamic BMS Service and Commissioning Engineer who has a customer-focused attitude, a great aptitude for problem-solving and excellent communication skills who is competent with Trend, Struxturware. Tridium or Siemens PX. You will be from a BMS background with strong HVAC plant knowledge, an understanding of HVAC control theory and electrical qualifications

Territory:

This role will require you to cover South London and the southern home countries. You will be required to work on Commercial buildings, Banks, pharmaceutical labs, schools and universities in the area. You will be home-based and fully mobile.

What the role requires

The role of BMS Service and Commissioning Engineer will require you to undertake the following responsibilities on a day-to-day basis

  • Pre-planned maintenance
  • Reactive Breakdowns (no call out rota)
  • Software modifications
  • Graphic page modification and generation
  • Pre-commissioning, Point to point testing
  • Calibration of sensors and actuators
  • Commissioning on upgrade projects up to £100K in value
