What I am looking for:
I am looking for a BMS Service / Commissioning Engineer, who is willing to go the extra mile, is disciplined and ready to help out with tasks. You have to be presentable and have the right attitude. You will need to have worked with Trend for a number of years, and have an extensive background in BMS service. My client works with Siemens systems as well, and training on this will be provided.
This role will require you to work as a mobile engineer across London. Some sites are based hear Heathrow, Milton Keynes and Essex, however most work is in London. You will be working on projects up to £200k. 75% of the work will be service call outs and remedial works, and 25% will be commissioning.
What the role requires:
The role of BMS Service and Commissioning Engineer will require to undertake the following responsibilities on a day-to-day basis:
- To do maintenance checks, service and breakdowns on Trend
- To do some remedial works
- To have excellent Trend knowledge
- To have a technical BMS service background
- To complete reliable reports

- Basic salary between £40 - 45k
