What I am looking for:
I am looking for a BMS Service Engineer, who is willing to go the extra mile, is disciplined, presentable, shows a desire to learn and has the right attitude. You will be from a service background preferably, with experience with Trend systems, and preferably some knowledge of Tridium.
This role with require you to work predominantly around the west of London, around areas like Surrey and Watford. Around 35% of work will be inside the M25.
What the role requires:
The role of BMS Service Engineer will require to undertake the following responsibilities on a day-to-day basis:
- To use Trend systems
- To maintain customer sites
- To complete reactive work on contracted sites
- To have a good technical background
- Around 60% of the role with require to do standard BMS maintenance
- Around 40% will be small projects
