I am working with a well-established company in the BMS industry. As a business, they turn over double digits, while their BMS arm is rapidly growing. What I am looking for:
I am looking for a BMS Service Engineer, who is willing to go the extra mile, is disciplined, shows a desire to learn and has the right attitude. You will be presentable and good with customers. You will have a strong background in BMS service, with experience on either Trend, Delta or Tridium. Every engineer working for my client is a multi-system engineer; they invest a lot of resources into training employees.
This role will require you to work in a mobile position. 90% of the work is based in London, and you will spend most of your time across various sites in the South East.
What the role requires:
The role of BMS Service Engineer will require to undertake the following responsibilities on a day-to-day basis:
- PPM and general maintenance
- Reactive maintenance
- Graphic modification
- Modifying software
- Liaising with the client and building a strong working relationship
- Small works commissioning
