I am recruiting for a client who has gone through a recent transformation and as such has won many new contracts, they are now looking to add a BMS Service Engineer to their young and dynamic team.
What am I looking for?
I am searching for a BMS Service Engineer who has a keen eye for commercial opportunities i.e. retrofits and upgrades, has a willingness to learn new systems, can get stuck in with technical jobs and has a commercial head to spot opportunities. You will be from a BMS background ideally working on Trend, Tridium, Distech or Siemens PX.
Location & Territory:
This role will require you to work around the M25 far as Newbury and up to Oxford, Essex and down to the South Coast, mainly working on PPMs and upgrades of legacy systems. You will be required to work on commercial buildings, universities and schools etc. you will home based and fully mobile.
What does the role require?
The role of BMS Service Engineer will require you to undertake the following responsibilities on a daily basis:
- Pre-planned maintenance
- Reactive breakdown cover
- Interrogating the software and rectifying the control strategy
- Commissioning small project works
- Graphic modification and upgrades

- Basic salary £35k - £45k
