This is an exciting opportunity with an excellent Lighting Controls Manufacturer and Supplier. You will be selling the company's comprehensive range of high-quality lighting controls and controls solutions.
Experience selling and working with Lighting Controls products is a huge benefit, however external salespeople with experience selling Lighting Luminaires are also encouraged to apply. As you will be selling a range of technical products, you must be able to learn, understand and sell using technical knowledge and language - but being a friendly, hardworking, and bright person is a must.
You will spend most of your time out on the road, planning your own schedule, meeting with M+E Contractors and Consultants. There are many key accounts which can be passed to you upon starting the role, which you will be managing alongside finding new customers and clients and building those business relationships.
A more experienced salesperson will benefit from having a list of contacts and clients within the M+E Contractor and Consultant marketplace, that they can bring to the business upon joining. A more junior candidate should ideally have experience dealing with this client base, however, they do not need to have previous specialist knowledge or experience as long as they are enthusiastic and keen to succeed!
Salary will be purely dependent on the applicant's level of experience, and value brought to the business - but there is no upper limit for this role so Senior Sales Managers, Juniors, and Intermediate level salespeople who are looking to work with Lighting Controls products, and build and maintain business relationships, are all encouraged to apply.
