Internal Sales Manager / South East Home Counties / £30,000 - £50,000 / + Bonuses


We are looking for an Internal Sales Manager, to work for an excellent Lighting Manufacturing and Consultancy company based in the South East.

You will be part of a positive, creative, forward thinking company with a strong and supportive team environment, and which has been going through massive growth over the past few years and with solid plans for this to continue. The design ethos focuses on creating high quality, unique, and beautiful light fittings that can be used to create exciting spaces. Due to this success, the company has been recruiting on many levels and is now looking for an experienced and established sales person, who can lead a team and develop the business further!

You will be based in the office, managing both the internal and external sales teams, as well as driving your own sales by speaking with customers via email and over the phone. As a Sales Manager, you will be overseeing the success of both teams, being able to understand and analyse their sales figures, forecast figures for the future, and identify areas that can be improved upon and how to achieve that. You will be training and guiding your teams, providing them with sales training and support when needed, and ensuring that their work is being done efficiently in order for them to hit their targets. Alongside this you will also be working on your own targets, where you will be leading by example and showing your own success within the industry.

The role will involve working on exciting, dynamic projects for high end restaurants and hotels being won by yourself and the external sales team, and designed by the in house design team. Your role is vital in ensuring that business development is continually pushed, not only getting sales and results from the key accounts being managed by the business, but also that all members of the team are finding new and exciting clients to work with, and that everything is being managed in the best possible way at every stage.
