Job Description

Lighting Designer (Italian Speaking) / £25,000 - £35,000 / Central London

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an international, world renowned manufacturer of Lighting as part of the Lighting Design team.

You will be working on a wide range of exciting projects, from high end residential, galleries, restaurants, office spaces, restaurants, exhibitions, city public spaces and more! This is an excellent role for a lighting designer with at least 1 year's experience within the lighting industry to move into a role where you will be fully supported and expand your portfolio.

Your role will involve working with the rest of the Lighting Design team, creating and designing lighting schematics for the buildings and projects that you work on. You will be liasing with both the salespeople within the business, and the clients themselves to get a solid understanding of the brief, and what you need to achieve in your designs. You will then be designing using the company's high quality and comprehensive set of products to create plans for the space, using AutoCAD and calculating lighting levels using Dialux/Relux software.

Candidates must be able to speak Italian to a strong level, as you will be working with members of the Italian design team on many of your projects, and have an understanding of both the language and culture.

If you are looking for the next step in your career with a dedicated lighting company with an excellent reputation, and opportunities for training and progression, then this is the role for you!

Please send a copy of your up to date CV, and portfolio if available to Laura Horne-Thomas through the link below.
