Job Description

I am working on an exciting role with a one of my key client whose Northern business unit, formed last year, has now grown to 6.  They are the fastest growing BMS company in the UK with an excellent reputation for putting their engineers first.  The have a genuine  focus on doing the basics right with good customer service so that time and again customers come back

What am I looking for:

I am looking for an aspiring BMS Engineer who has excellent customer facing skills, is technically competent and has a can do attitude. You will be from a BMS background with a working knowledge of Trend and/or Tridium or Schneider Eco Struxture BMS systems


This role will require you to work on site including universities, schools, commercial buildings and hospitals in the Yorkshire region. You will be home based and fully mobile on the London travel network

What the role requires:

The role of BMS Commissioning Engineer will require you to undertake the following responsibilities on a day-to-day basis

  • PPM and general maintenance
  • Reactive maintenance
  • Graphic modification
  • Modifying software 
  • Liaising with the client and building a strong working relationship
  • Small works commissioning and project management

Across business this will be fully supported and all training will be provided. 

  • Basic salary £35k - £42k
  • Overtime – averaging around £5 -£10k per annum
