I am working with a client whose company is rapidly growing; the service and small works department exceeded their target by 50% this year. It’s a dynamic SME business who are looking to break a £6 million turn over this year. What I am looking for:

I am looking for a BMS Service and Small Works Commissioning Engineer who is willing to go the extra mile, is disciplined, shows a desire to learn and has the right attitude. You will be from a service background preferably, with some knowledge of Trend systems.


This role will require you to work predominantly around London, with some travel to the surrounding counties.

What the role requires:

The role of BMS Service and Small Works Commissioning Engineer will require to undertake the following responsibilities on a day-to-day basis:

  • To use Trend systems
  • To be responsible for service sites
  • With time, to have enough exposure to embrace small works commissioning
  • To be eager to learn new things
