Job Description

I have a really exciting role with a key, ever-growing client whose turnover has grown from £3 million to £6 million in the past year. They credit their quick rise fully down to their people and the environment they create. Furthermore, they not only partner with Trend, Johnsons and Schneider, but also Cylon and Delta to name just a couple.

What am I looking for:

A mobile BMS Service and Maintenance and Small Works Engineer. This individual would need excellent customer facing skills, software coding experience, a determined attitude and be technically competent in Trend and, ideally, another system such as Johnsons or Cylon. You will also need a valid and clean driving license and be based in the UK.

Territory:

This role is mobile and based in Central London. However, travel outside of London may be requested.

What the role requires:

The role of BMS Service and Maintenance and Small Works Engineer will require you to undertake the following responsibilities on a day-to-day basis:

  • PPM and general maintenance
  • Reactive maintenance
  • Small works and remedial works (upgrades etc.)
  • Liaising with the client and building a strong working relationship
  • Callouts
