Job Description

I have an excellent role with a key client whose Scotland business unit founded in 2018 has now 3 engineers.  They are looking to expand their business and to grow by 200% in the next two years.  The have a real focus on doing the basics right with good customer service so that time and again customers come back

 

What am I looking for:

I am looking for a BEMS Controls Engineer who has excellent customer facing skills, is technically competent with BMS service/commissioning and has a can do attitude. You will be from a BEMS background with a an expert knowledge of Trend or Tridium BMS systems

 

Territory:

This role will require you to work across the whole of Scotland focusing primarily on the central belt between Edinburgh and Glasgow. You will be home based and fully mobile.

 

What the role requires:

The role of BMS Controls Engineer will require you to undertake the following responsibilities on a day-to-day basis;

  • PPM and general maintenance
  • Reactive breakdowns
  • Writing strategy from scratch would be a bonus but not essential
  • Graphic generation
  • Point to point testing
  • Full Commissioning of the system
  • Witness and testing with the client
  • Field quotes
  • Small project works

 

What you can expect back:

My client is a firm believer in progressing his engineers by providing them with excellent support/training and giving progression opportunities to progress into bigger roles as the business grows

  • Basic salary £35k - £45k
  • Overtime – averaging around £5 -£10k per annum
  • Company car or car allowance of £5K
  • Company pension at 3%
