I am currently working with a Leading BMS systems house who have gone through a recent merger and as such have expanded into the London area. They are partnered with three of the leading manufacturers who have given them five star status. They have grown their business unit into a seven figure turnover business unit and are set to double their turnover in the next year. Hence the reason they are looking for another addition to their commercial team.
What am I looking for?
I am looking for dynamic BMS Sales Engineer who is new business focused relationship builder and who has a great attention to detail. You will be from a BMS background ideally selling BEMS solutions into M&E contractors and End Users.
Location & Territory:
This role will require you to travel the south east of England focusing on the central London area attending various site including government buildings, commercial buildings, hospitals, universities and pharmaceutical sites when required, you will be based from home spending one day in the office per week.
What the role requires?
On a daily basis, you will be required to follow up on enquires, establish leads and generate new business from potential clients. Other duties will include, site surveys, estimating, working with the project management teams and commissioning teams on project delivery. This will involve demand creation with the building of relationships with M&E contractors and end users.
What you can expect back:

· £40,000 - £60,000 basic
· Commission uncapped at 2% of turnover (uncapped)
