I am recruiting on behalf of a new and exciting client who are going through a lot of expansion, as such they are searching to build on their extremely successful commercial team.
What am I looking for?
I am looking for a BMS Engineer who would want to progress their career in a commercial direction or an experienced BMS Sales Engineer who can demonstrate a willingness to build relationships and new businesses, who also has precise attention to detail. You must be from a BMS background with a technical understanding of BMS projects, ideally selling BMS solutions into M&E contractors and End Users.
Location & Territory:
This role will require you to travel the length and breadth of Scotland focusing on the Central Belt, attending various sites, including local government buildings, commercial buildings, hospitals, universities and pharmaceutical sites when required, you will be based from home.
What the role requires?
On a daily basis, you will be required to follow up on enquires, establish leads and nourish relationships with existing clients. Other duties will include, site surveys, creating points lists estimating the cost of the project while working with the project management teams and commissioning teams on project delivery.

· £40,000 - £50,000 basic
· Commission of up to 50% of salary (uncapped)
