I am currently recruiting for a growing BMS systems house based in Cambridge, they specialise in small project work and adding real value to their customers by adopting strategies on energy saving in the building they look after. What am I looking for?
I am searching for a BMS Service/Commissioning Engineer who can demonstrate a great degree of flexibility, who is a problem solver, who can take ownership of issues on site. You will be from a BMS background ideally working on Trend, Tridium and/or Easy I/O however I will look at other systems if you are willing to learn and apply yourself.
Location & Territory:
This role will require you to work within North London, Cambridgeshire, Essex and occasionally further afield. Mainly working commercial buildings, and in the public sector. You will home based.
What the role requires?
The role of BMS Controls Engineer will require you to undertake on a daily basis the following responsibilities.
- Pre-planned maintenance
- Reactive breakdown cover
- Interrogating the software and rectifying the control strategy
- Commissioning small project works
- Graphic modification and upgrades
- Systems used are Trend , Tridium and Easy i/o
