We are currently working on an exciting external sales role for a fantastic UK Lighting Manufacturer based in London. This is a business that is one of the best regarded within the industry and focuses on high end, quality and luxury products and solutions. They design and manufacture all elements of their lighting completely in house giving them the potential to make products bespoke to their needs, and always striving towards further innovation and design.
This role will allow you to work as part of a dedicated internal sales team, looking after a range of Key Accounts for the business. You will be speaking with these key clients, building and maintaining those relationships, as well as cold calling and following warm leads to find and establish new clients. This will involve speaking to customers and clients over the phone, who may be ringing in with queries or to place orders with you, which you will discuss and aim to up sell with them.
After having spoken with the clients, you will be working closely with the design team within the business to express your client's vision and understand their needs, then processing orders, and moving the project through each stage before ultimately passing it onto the warehouse team so that it can be delivered to the customer!
You will be selling the company's excellent range or architectural lighting products, which largely focuses on interior lighting with some exterior, emergency and lighting controls when needed. You will be working on a wide range of projects, from high end Residential projects as well as Hospitality based projects just as Restaurants and Bars.
An ideal candidate needs both experience and a passion for sales, and providing a great quality service with an excellent phone manner. You will be able to understand and sell the benefits of working with a luxury product range, and be confident to speak to high end clients.
