What am I looking for?
I am searching for a Junior Sales Engineer or BMS engineer who has a keen eye for commercial opportunities i.e. retrofits and upgrades, has a willingness to learn new move into a target driven commercial role, can understand who to in with technical jobs and has a commercial head to spot opportunities. You will be from a BMS background either as a BMS service/commissioning engineer or a bureau engineer who wants to move into a sales role
Location & Territory:
This role will require you to spend 50% of your time in the office and the rest of the time travelling in and around the M25
What the role requires?
The role of junior BMS Sales Engineer will require you to undertake on a daily basis the following responsibilities.
- Meeting clients to discuss the following
- BEMS upgrades
- Small project works
- Data analytics
- Remote support
- Energy audits
- Site surveys
- drawing up of tenders
- closing business and acting as the point of contact for customer satisfaction
- developing the capabilities of the Energy bureau
- maximising the potential of existing mobile energy profile apps for the engineers
What you can expect back:

- Basic salary £30k - £32k
- £8-10K 1st year commission
