Job Description

I am working with a key client who in the last 6 years have grown from two engineers to 65 people in the business, they have sustained 30-40% year on year growth and now have seven offices around the country. They are going from strength to strength and pride themselves in being a great place to work with a strong team ethic.

 

What am I looking for?

I am looking for a BEMS Service Engineer who has a keen eye for commercial opportunities i.e. retrofits and upgrades, has a willingness to learn new systems and has great customer facing skills. You will be from a BEMS background with a working knowledge of Trend or Struxtureware, Satchwell Sigma or BAS 2800.

 

Location; Territory:

This role will require you to work within the Bristol area with some travel along up and down the M5. You will be required to work on commercial buildings, a large local university and local schools etc. You will be home based and fully mobile

 

What the role requires?

The role of Principle BMS Engineer will require you to undertake the following responsibilities on a day-to-day basis:

• Pre-planned maintenance

• Reactive breakdown cover - 1 in 8 call out

• Interrogating the software and rectifying the control strategy

• Commissioning small project works

• Point to point testing

• Graphic modification and upgrades

• Basic salary 35k - 42k

• Overtime x1.5 and x2 on Sundays

• Call out bonus of 175 pw
