Job Description

Product Manager (Lighting) / North West / £35,000 - £45,000 / + Bonus

If you are a passionate Product Manager with experience working within the Lighting industry, this is the opportunity for you.

This is a very exciting opportunity to work with a creative, forward thinking, British manufacturer of Light products. The company has been going through a massive period of growth over the last year, and is now looking to take on somebody who can help guide and direct the business with their product range, manage New Product Development, and take a hands on approach to overseeing their current team of Product Designers.

You will be working with a team of quirky, fun, passionate designers in a business that values these qualities first and foremost and are looking to build the business around other creative, innovative people like themselves. This is a role that is able to be flexible and built around  the skill set of the applicant and the direction in which they want to take it, as long as they can give clear structure and take responsibility for both the product mix within the business and the management of the team. They are looking for someone who has great ideas to share, and can help lead the company forward to continue to grow and expand into new markets.

As a Product Manager, you will be looking at the overview of the company's current product range, identifying ways in which those can be improved, looking at your competitors within the market and what customers and clients needs are in order to focus New Product Development to bring those products into the range. You will be working closely with all divisions in the business, from sales, marketing, product design and quality assurance, and you will need to be flexible and adaptable in your approach with excellent communication skills.

There are huge opportunities for progression for people who join the business as they are continuing to grow and always look to promote and train people internally.
